技術(shù)支持
常規(guī)化學(xué)合成siRNA多為19nt RNA + dTdT (3’懸垂)的RNA雙鏈分子,未經(jīng)任何化學(xué)修飾。
Sense:正義鏈,RNA,序列與靶序列相同;
Antisense:反義鏈,RNA,序列與靶序列互補(bǔ);
dTdT:兩端懸垂,DNA,均在3’端。
還支持各種特殊修飾或突變設(shè)計(jì)
