外泌體（Exosomes）來源于晚期核內(nèi)體（也稱為多囊泡體）的囊泡，是由活細胞分泌而來，是一類大小介于30-200nm的含有DNA、RNA、蛋白質(zhì)和脂類的微囊，幾乎所有類型的細胞都能分泌，廣泛存在于血清、血漿 、尿液等各種體液中。Exosomes 參與調(diào)控重要的細胞生理活動，在免疫應(yīng)答、凋亡、血管生成、炎癥反應(yīng)、凝結(jié)過程中的作用均有報道，成為多種疾病治療的潛在靶點、早期診斷標記物、靶向藥物載體等，成為近年來生命科學(xué)及醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的重要研究熱點。
