外泌體提取試劑

技術(shù)支持
HeLa 細(xì)胞上清經(jīng)Ribo?Exosome Isolation Reagent 抽提，用攜帶熒光基團(tuán)的CD63 和CD81 抗體分別與抽提前樣本及抽提產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行免疫反應(yīng)，使用流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)熒光強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果表明，抽提前兩個(gè)標(biāo)志物抗體熒光強(qiáng)度均處于背景閾值范圍內(nèi)，抽提后熒光強(qiáng)度明顯提升，呈現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性結(jié)果，表明exosomes 被富集出來。
