環(huán)狀RNA（circRNA）是一種閉環(huán)的單鏈RNA分子，在細(xì)胞中發(fā)揮著多種重要作用，如調(diào)控轉(zhuǎn)錄，或者以ceRNA的方式調(diào)控miRNA的活性等等。pCE-RB-Mam環(huán)狀RNA過(guò)表達(dá)載體，多克隆位點(diǎn)兩翼高效促進(jìn)RNA成環(huán)剪切的反向重復(fù)序列可使插入到多克隆位點(diǎn)中的序列轉(zhuǎn)錄后成環(huán)剪切，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)circRNA的過(guò)表達(dá)。
